The Stony Brook Press is a student magazine published every other week at Stony Brook University. We serve as an open forum for the students, and our content includes news, features, arts and entertainment, humor, opinion, and sports. We seek to print feature articles, investigative reports, and incisive analyses, for the purpose of informing the campus community, promoting progress, and inciting debate.
We meet in our office in the Student Union media wing in the basement every Wednesday at 1 p.m., so if you’re interested in writing, shooting (photos among other things), copy editing, webmastering, fear mongering, or just want to ask us a question, feel free to attend.
