		<description>Awesome article. Why is SUNY treated like just another state agency? Why did we receive one of the biggest cuts, only second to the correction system? Even Kenny strongly opposes raising tuition just to bail out the state. She does think it&#039;s about time to raise tuition for Stony Brook, and especially out-of-state tuition (which is currently less than penn-state&#039;s in-state tuition) but she believes that if the students are paying more, they should see the benefits from their extra money, not just the status quo.</description>
